Set Up and Break Down
- Set up to take place on Wednesday July 26 (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
- Break down will be Friday July 28 (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
- It is important to note that the exhibit area is NOT a secured space. Although you may leave your display boards in place throughout the event you should not leave any valuable items unattended. During the evenings we recommend you take any valuable items to your room.
- Please indicate if an electrical outlet is a requirement for your exhibit.
- If your booth includes any music or media, you must keep the volume at a level that is not disruptive to neighboring exhibitors.
- All products, materials, chairs, and fixtures need to be contained in the vendor’s assigned space.
