Exhibitors and Vendors

Exhibitor/Vendor booths provide the opportunity to promote your resources and services to some of the most innovative and active practitioners in refugee ministry. Reserve your table by filling the relevant application and submitting it online from the links below.

We strongly encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. Exhibitor/vendor tables are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Booth Space

  • Approximate size 10’ by 10’
  • One rectangular table. Tablecloths are not provided

Set Up and Break Down

  • Set up to take place on Wednesday July 26 (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
  • Break down will be Friday July 28 (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
  • It is important to note that the exhibit area is NOT a secured space. Although you may leave your display boards in place throughout the event you should not leave any valuable items unattended. During the evenings we recommend you take any valuable items to your room.

Guidelines

  • Applications must be received by June 1st, 2017 and will be processed after the registration fee has been received.
  • There are a limited number of exhibit booths available. They will be assigned on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
  • Please indicate if an electrical outlet is a requirement for your exhibit.
  • If your booth includes any music or media, you must keep the volume at a level that is not disruptive to neighboring exhibitors.
  • All products, materials, chairs, and fixtures need to be contained in the vendor’s assigned space.

Fee for an Exhibit Table – $250

The Exhibitor fee includes one Roundtable registration, along with the exhibit booth fee. This does not include housing. Additional Round Table program registrations will need to be purchased separately. Please visit the registration page to register and to book your accommodations.

Vendors

Fee for a Vendor Table – $250 (non-refugee made products)

The Vendor fee includes one Roundtable registration and 3 lunches. This does not include housing. Additional Round Table program registrations will need to be purchased separately. Please visit the registration page to register and to book your accommodations.

Fee for a Vendor Table – $50 per day (refugee made products)

The Vendor fee includes entrance to plenary sessions only and 1 lunch per day. No Roundtable registration included.This does not include housing. Additional Round Table program registrations will need to be purchased separately. Please visit the registration page to register and to book your accommodations.
